This Toolkit provides detailed information and resources to assist policy-makers, health-care facility managers, and implementation teams to identify appropriate implementation strategies, to ensure recommendations are adopted with the ultimate goal of improving maternal, fetal and newborn outcomes. The Toolkit can also be used to implement other recommendations or to improve aspects of health-care beyond intrapartum and postnatal care.
