Ces Actes contiennent en outre des etudes qui eclairent le theme de la rhetorique a partir des points de vue philologique, psychologique, historique et sociologique et explicitent ainsi le climat spirituel dans lequel evoluait un Grec cultive a l'epoque romaine.
