This book will present how to briefly and effectively incorporate key concepts from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and other orientations into any health care setting in order to lessen the frustration of both the patient and provider.
