Book excerpt: We have investigated the exclusive, radiative B-meson decay to the charmless meson K*[sub 2](1430) in 88.5 x 10[sup 6] B[bar B] events accumulated between 1999 and 2002 with the BABAR detector at the PEP-II storage ring. We present a preliminary measurement of the branching fractions[Beta](B[sup 0][yields] K*[sub 2](1430)[sup 0][gamma])= (1.22[+-] 0.25[+-] 0.11) x 10[sup -5] and[Beta](B[sup+][yields] K*[sub 2](1430)[sup+][gamma])= (1.44[+-] 0.40[+-] 0.13)x 10[sup -5], where the first error is statistical and the second systematic.
