Book excerpt: The training of cultural managers has been one of the most important lines of action of the UNESCO Chair in Cultural Policies and Cooperation of the University of Girona since its creation, both in the practical aspect of the post-graduate training courses on offer and in the reflection on the particularities of their morphology and application.\nThis publication culminates a process and period shared with many students and teachers who have participated in our activities and meetings and presents some of the principles that have oriented our action as well as the intellectual confrontation with other trainers and collaborators. We believe that these contributions can help to reflect on and more fully explore training in the culture sector.\nWe hope to open a wider debate with its contents and encourage real exchange between trainers from different contexts. \n\n\n
