The current state of Indo-French cooperation is highlighted and discussed in detail, with chapter 4 co-authored by prominent Indian scholar Geeta Nair, and it is suggested that the prospective Indo-French knowledge management system will provide a competitive advantage in the contemporary knowledge economy.
