Sometimes they feel comfortable enough to get a little personal with me, especially on a long trip. As a "Mom and Grand-Mom and a Great Grand-Mom", the one thing I learned is when to listen and when to respond. I found that most often most of my passengers are from another country and don't have family here, they just need someone to talk to and sometimes could use a little direction from an older person. These are very well educated young men and woman of the future, and they do know when you are being sincere and you show that you actually care, and I do hope that they sense my caring because I do. These young students don't have it that easy, they are under such pressure succeed from their parents who often pay for their education in Canada
