This document comprises a 28-page letter that critiques Studies 10.5, 10.6, 10.7, 10.8, 10.9, and 10.20 and a set of attachments totalling 67 pages. These sections of the Initial Study Report are wildlife studies. The attachments, all written by Sterling Miller, are detailed reviews of the comments addressed in the letter.
