Day after day, I soul search through meditation. I go from my busy workplace, from sound to silence, from movement to stillness, from a limited identity to unlimited space. Then after I find my answers for the day, I use my paint brush to paint my art, capture my thoughts, and then I write about them. Soul searching is good for the soul, and it helps release our feelings that we often keep locked up so deeply. It is when I am quiet, I begin to reflect because my soul usually knows what to do to heal itself. The challenge is to silence the mind. A menudo, estamos en una búsqueda de respuestas.
