Aware of her previous crimes, a Europol Agent forces her to spy on the Mafia gang by acting as Bianca's nanny. If she doesn't, he will turn her over to Homicide Detective Frank Renzi. The gang is supposet to fly to New York, but to Natalie's horror, they fly to New Orleans, where Renzi has murder warrants for her arrest. Threatened from all sides, Natalie is desperate to escape. The gang leader suspects her and Renzi is about to arrest her. But if she flees, the gang leader will kill Bianca. Natalie's Dilemma: Save herself or save Bianca?
