The team traveled to Gonaives, Port-de-Paix and Ouanaminthe to conduct the assessment in nine communities. Team members met with local authorities and community-based organizations. They also conducted large-group and community-level interviews, household surveys and focus groups. Community members and the PLA team produced eight recommendations.
