President W. O. Blaney took the chair. Rev. Dr. C. B. Rice led in prayer. The records of the last meeting were read and approved. Rev. Dr. Cobb read the Directors' report and the report of the Library. These reports were accepted and ordered to be printed. The Treasurer, Augustus S. Lovett, read his report and the Secretary read the Auditor's report. Both were accepted and ordered to be printed.
