This research resulted in a draft standard operating guideline, the development of Payson Fire Department Rapid Damage Assessment field guidelines, and a Payson Fire Department Rapid Damage Assessment form. Recommendations were made for the PFD to rapidly review, implement, and train on the draft RDA SOG produced by this research, for Arizona fire departments to formulate and train on their own RDA procedures, and for a consistent rapid damage assessment process to be developed at the state level.
