Public consultations were conducted in a wide range of forums. This report presents a summary of the views expressed by Canadians across the country. It is organized according to the 3 pillars of foreign policy: ensuring global security and the security of Canadians; promoting the prosperity of Canadians and global prosperity; projecting Canada's values and culture.
