She heard the shouting and the shots before everything went quiet. Desperately, she called Ethan Harris who was already in Berlin on other business. As she joined him to investigate, they were soon under surveillance by the Berlin police and also in the sights of the German Intelligence Agency (BND), as they uncovered secrets from the Stasi background of BND agents, Huber and Schreiber. Axel had also been investigating the Intelligence Conferences, a group of European agencies planning the development of "UberKon" a covert super intelligence agency. As they are pursued by the police and BND, Ethan and Amy race to uncover the information which resulted in Axel's death while trying to avoid being killed themselves. In the process Ethan is shocked as Amy's true nature is revealed.
