Book excerpt: The Bridge River mining camp covers about 1,500 square kilometres of mountainous terrain some 180 kilometres north of Vancouver. It includes two large gold producers, three small producers, and over 60 surrounding mineral prospects. This study re-evaluates the geology of the camp, fits the numerous mineral occurrences to modern geological interpretations, and provides a synthesis of the mineral potential of the area and a framework for further exploration.
